Did you read mangas from Miyamoto Kano (yaoi)? They are realistic.

Haven't read it before. But My bad, I didn't mean that all Manga are less realistic, there surely are many of them out there.

Any genre? My personal recommendations are Annarasumanara, can't see can't hear but love, cheese in the trap and noblesse ╮(￣▽￣)╭ don't have many bl recommendations cause the only ones I've read are never understand and 19 days. But someone says to me bl manhwa called "royal servant" and "a guy like you" are good.
