Nahh it was somewhere between July 1-9 I also have comments that dated back to that time but it's really the time when comments came back, I was consistently on mangago at that time and noticed it came back
nop, in the main page/topics, 100 is the limit and when it goes over, the old ones get deleted or idk where they go but they gone
