I agree. I mean I don't hate it but the author's better stories.
This one kind of feels like the first part of the story, like know we can continue reading to see how Akihiko somehow felt for Aiichirou or something. (I understand too that he'd stopped and give up several times but I've read more toxic stories so I guess it's fine some how)
PS. Remained me how he ruined the Bitter Like Light story with the final one, with the little brother after story
I usually really like Nago Nayuta's works, but this is easily this author's worst work for me. The relationship and love feels extremely one sided on Aiichirou's part and Akihiko seems like he needs therapy instead of a relationship right now. There is a reason why Akihiko never says he loved Aiichirou until the last chapter, because he doesn't, LMFAO. I also don't like how persistent Aiichirou was and couldn't take no for an answer, I hate people like that. He should have moved on the moment Akihiko cut him off as his editor instead of pursuing him AGAIN.
