1. She dated Nico because he seemed mature and she wanted her friends to think how cool she was for dating a rich, mature guy. (For all those who don't know The guy was 30 years old) 2. She was stupid enough to believe that boys need help with their white blood cells and that was the reason she slept with him. I think she was probably 17 or 18 at that time yet she believed that. 3. Agreed to shoot a sex tape with Nico to show her loyalty to him. Just another dumb decision on her part. 4. Found out from a friend (I don't remember her name but she's Rio's girlfriend) that Nico has sex taped the friend too and broke up with the friend after moving on with Melinda so the friend warns about Nico's bad Intentions to Melinda. And Melinda's reaction to it was literally that Nico found her unattractive and boring that's why he broke up with the friend and now the friend is jealous of her that's why she was saying all the stuff about Nico. 5. The video of Nico and Melinda was released with the caption of Arya and Kana and Melinda was with Rio and his girlfriend, the friend who also had relationship with Nico in past, Melinda literally tries to take the friend's phone and spread her video too just cuz her's was uploaded on internet eventhough with different people's name. 6. After all that bs, she goes to find Nico and secretly films a sex tape with his face visible on her phone. Even though she was so stupid until now, she films the video and threatens him with her pregnancy to marry her. 7. After rumours spread throughout whole school about Arya and Kana, she literally has the perfect life of enjoyment. Forces her mom to pay for literally the whole wedding. Nico and his parents did not even spend a single penny in the wedding. 9.
