I never understood the point of it when theres already a thumbs down button tbh. It basically means the same thing. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I think that when a number of people (five if I remember correctly) marked a comment as annoying they would hid it.

Originally we used it to hide trolling / rude / spam comments but later some wicked members created many sockpuppets and used them to mark nice comments to bully someone too, so the system gave up hiding..
