Well because most of the manhwa are FL oriented meaning they are kept at centre of everything and then the story is proceeded forward. There are very less son or ML oriented manhwa.

I tend to agree but in this case they've previously said no one in the family feels the need for affection etc between them including the sons. If the sons were showing jealousy I would feel bad tho

To add to this, let's not forget this is the type of world MC requested from the first chapters. A world where she has doting and loving Father and brothers. So no matter what, that's what was where the story was heading to. We've all read all sorts of baby raising rofan stories here, the ones with multiple brothers and single dads almost always head the same direction, dads and brothers are emotionally stunted but are heavily biased and dote on FMC.

I know what you feel about the jealousy bit tho. The moment child neglect is evident and one of the kids start feeling jealousy, ya start comparing how the kids are treated and the story starts to feel iffy. I was like this with the baby streamer manwha, it wasn't till the uncle's son's were intoduced that i couldn't bear watch the youngest feel jealous of FMC AND his loneliness of being neglected by his father being taken advantage of by a minor villain.

Yep. Idk if you've read the Princess is Evil but the dynamic in that made me very sad. She has a bunch of siblings, a few of them openly pining for their father's attention/love but he only cares ab FMC from day one. Very later chapters he shows interest in his other kids (lets them call him dad, hold hands etc) but it felt super forced (maybe the author saw the feedback ab it) and sudden. Even then he kind of had a monologue that suggested he did it bc FMC would want him to :/

Ones like this where the FMC is obviously the only tether the brothers and father have to each other it doesnt bother me as much.
