I agree just read side story and I feel seme doesn't love uke , he still love his ex gf but uke didn't told him about her marriage, so yah he is anxious but don't want to be left behind so uke is easy one for him he even raped him in desperation it was not love it was nothing but just two body touching without any feelings uke love seme but he is till anxious about the time when seme get better he would leave him and seme trying tu do better but doens't want to leave uke cuz he is the only person in his life who is by his side and he trust no one ..... this manga leave bittersweet taste till the end murakami didn't tell uno that he love him he forced him to have sex after Uno confessed finally Uno insecurity was that if murakami become the same person he was in college he would leave him for girl like Heneo for sure he ended up hurting murakami to leave the house but murakami thinking was desperate he didn't wanted anyone to leave him in his despair only Uno was there for him I guess for him love is not even thing to begin with this manga is depection of a first love that expired but has no quality to feel but keep going.
