I'm going by the black hair and the fact that the "mother" would know when they're pregnant. The alpha guy didn't have sex with the omega during that month, so it's pretty much a given the kid is the beta's.

Well, "dad" there could just mean adoptive or the "dad" who raised him. But yeah, I have no doubt his dad was the beta and not the alpha.
