it has suddenly cropped up on mangago and so many people are like 'webtoons/manhwa are sooo much better than japanese yaoi' and it makes me want to roll my eyes. it's cool that there's an influx of novel takes on the yaoi genre, but people need to remember and respect the tons of -amazing- and -groundbreaking- yaoi manga and managaka there are out there.
i guess the lack of respect is the most annoying aspect, not the series themselves which are great.
Just because some people prefer webtoons over mangas doesn't mean they don't respect. It's their personal preference. That's like saying you like 2 bands, but one band you like more than another. Nothing wrong with that.
I personally love both, I've always loved manga but lately I've been reading mostly webtoons (b/c of how many there are)
Then you haven't been around here, when all the 'Manhwa are better than manga' comments flooding this site. It was really annoying

I don't see why it should bother you. Some people just prefer to read manhwa over manga, and that's perfectly ok.
And actually, I'm here everyday. I have seen a couple comments like that but they are definitely not 'flooding' the site
