Help finding manga

Reposting this cuz I still haven’t found it ╥﹏╥

The genre was either shoujo or josei. I don’t remember any of the names, but the MC was a female office worker who was super dedicated to her job, and she often went to this bar after work for a drink. She had a friend (ML) who also came to the bar, and they kinda had a love-hate relationship going on. ML flirted with MC a lot and MC turned him down every time. I think the ML’s daytime job was in the medical field. There was a scene where ML mentioned how stiff MC’s shoulders were because she worked so much. MC has light hair and ML has black hair and piercings/tattoos. The art style was pretty cute, kind like horimiya’s or houkago wa kissaten de’s.

I really really want to read this manga again cuz it’s been so long and I need to know if they get together or not
