Idk about the others in the comments,but I honestly think that the doctor wasn't "interested" in the mc in THAT way,I mean I think he wasn't in love at the time,he just found the kid cute (I also like cute little kids BUT NOT IN A CREEPY WAY),so that's why I think he developed feelings in the present time ig, anyways if you look at it from this prospective,the story overall it's good,I actually liked this quite a lot so yeah,I even wanted more chapters tbh hahshaha
