I didn't read the entire series in order, so it's a stab in the dark here, but I think the prez knows. He knows pretty much everything, but he won't say anything because Chiharu is a powerful person who can threaten the prez's position.
If his son can tame Chiharu then it's a win-win. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I've read every story multiple times and I love them all! But I honestly don't think he knows lol. Why else would he send his son away to America? Chiharu is gonna go and murder someone after he finds out... sigh. Good thing they love each other so much. Hopefully we have a good outcome to this new development.
