I'm search for this character (manga and/or anime) that's been on my mind for years. I remember so little so I need help please. I just remember this girl had two buns/two tail(pigtails, whatever) and it was was white hair. She had goggles that she wore on her forehead. She had a blue tattoo looking tear on her cheek. She wore a skirt and high boots, can't remember more. I think there was another chick too she had a reddish coat, long brown hair and sword but I apongize I can't remember much. I think there was huge robots too but I could be mixing something.
