I don’t think it’s meant to have a happy ending imo. Like there’s clearly a loop. The uke had suppressed emotions about how he felt about his master that caused the horns. Now the same thing is happening to the seme, presumably for the same reason. There’s nothing happy out it. They’re stuck in a loop because of their unwillingness to voice their emotions.

i kinda... dissatisfied? like i really didn't see happy ending here but still author did so=_= like really, it would be much better if uke become free without a lover who somehow lied continuesly to him and was the reason his master was killed
