I sometimes don't get the logic here... I can somewhat believe that the mage can live for 300 years because of her magic... but the protagonist is looking for his other two companion moron the brave and the saint... are they gods or what.. how can they still be alive? And the mage even after 100 of years looks youthful and full of vitality as depicted in the memory of the familiar in the library... like aging doesn't work in this universe... the grand aunt is a prime example.. she is basically a grandma but she looks young.. she is not even a mage there are limits to a Human body... even Vermont died as a normal human
