I think it's a manga, I just suddenly remembered it haha. It's a yaoi with (I think high school??) kid is basically a prostitute and at one point his crush gives him money so that they'll do it, and they do. In the end the prostitute gives the money back to the crush and is all "I love you and I can't accept this money" or something like that
