Help find manhwa title

I read a manhwa i think maybe months ago about people being transmigrated to a game where they are kings who will build kingdoms and they have prime ministers? There, the prime ministers will revolt if you dont take care of your kingdom enough. Its a bl manhwa and the mc is hiding that he already kind of manifested his in game power. Mc is in a group of transmigrated people who has not manifested their in game power yet in the other world and they were captured by the monkey kingdom whose prime minister already revolted against the transmigrated king. Then the mc was saved by ml which he was scared of (i dont really know why). Also, i think the power/ character of the mc is like an angel. Sorry, I dont know if im explaining it clearly.
