Can't remember most of the manga, but I read it years back, should be a japanese one in an university setting. The uke seems to be in love with the seme and they somehow enter into a FWB situation. Near the end of it the seme has a misunderstanding with the uke and ends up raping him while he is sick. Afterwards when they reconcile and realize their love for each other the seme finds out that the uke now has trauma surrounding the sexual assault he endured.
