mangago has an official "how to" guide (I'll put the link below). One of the chapters is about how to upload. Hope this was helpful.

From what I’ve heard you have to email support or whoever & have them add it if you look on Google or whatever search engine and put “how to add a manga on mangago” an asked question will pop up & people answered their question about how to do so, but if you need the link to what I’m talking about then I can send it if you need it hope this helps
