Basically the mc and his bestfriend (who is really good at art) who are both in the art club part ways and when the mc finally meets them again he finds out his bestfriend had been murdered and hidden in the art club's walls for several years and that he is a suspect.
I remember a scene where the mc is with another friend looking at the bestfriend's painting and when the mc leaves to get food he comes back to the other friend to find that the other friend's head had been bashed in and his brain was spilling out before the killer kills the mc too and time traveling (?)
