it's because Kei went into his heat and Kuroo came in him. that would mean Kei would get pregnant. BUT Kei decided to not take the pills in the end so it's all good XD

Well, I personally think it's because Tsuki said to stop because he'd get pregnant. Kuuro probably thought Tsuki didn't want a kid ╥﹏╥ (but secretly does)
