Biggest age gap I know is 28 years. A 17 year old and a guy in his 40s. Honestly, it's borderline predator. Like, I don't know how that man sleeps at night, especially since he is a father, lol. Anyway, it's the first chapter of Everyday Smile, and there's also a sequel.
