I'm not sure but I think "Uruji" is the name used by the scanlators who translated this manga. I haven't read the raws so I don't know if that's how it shows there. I uploaded the official english version here and it says "Wolsey" is his name.
Oh wait. I just checked. I think Wolsey is the english trans or english pronounciation for Uruji(Urji). Just like how "Ramdane" is "Ramudan" or "Lala" is "Rara"
If you're familiar how japanese pronounce english name then you'll get it. Heheh
