The story feels indecisive like two different plots mangled but alot of factors handled by the party were poorly.
the adult despite being cautious should've had more weight since he was able to convince a stubborn dragonoid.
the female is supposedly 15 and should not have made a decision based on emotion aka this could have been an intervention and why couldn't she retrain on a lower floor
the enchanter class is bullshit to me so far how can immediately facing a boss on your own unlock awakening but almost dying doesnt
it is interesting how the banished character almost mirror what we as readers what them to feel but i see why authors dont go for it since it feels more crass in this scenario sorry this is so long for no reason ┗( T﹏T )┛
