Maybe it’s just my thinking, it seems Jay is waiting for Taemin to consent? Because every time he about to put it in Taemin tells stop or no and on top of it expresses fear that Jay senses. But that just me it could be other reasons too.

jay kind of said it himself. He's afraid he'll break Yoohan if he forces it before he's is ready. He's waiting for Yoohan to finally feel something emotionally, instead of trying to stay numb to any kind emotions. I'd wait for a bit before picking it back up. It's easier to follow if you don't have to wait long between chapters. This could really use a recap between chs of not only what happened last episode, but also to remind about what happened a ways back that's relevant to what's happening now. I think that's where so many get lost
