From how she handles business throughout the story she is educated about theories in business management, economy and its history. You do not need to know fabrics and mechanics, you just need to know how to manage people and their skills. That is what being a ceo is all about. Her dating a chaebol (arguing with him too) implies she was highly educated in the past life. Its redudant to say "i have these skills in the past" she still has those skills she is showing it in the present.

I guess since you love the idea that since she was apart of a company that automatically makes her smart in any form of business, let me tell ya. Any rich family can do this at any point in time. Her biggest thing she brought with her from her past life is her maturity and I guess knowledge on clothes industry. It's not vital to the story that she knew this from her past life. Honestly getting educated is not a crazy idea from rich families, so her knowing business is not special, anyone in this time can. Reincarnation stories can't keep adding that they lived a past life and do nothing with it. I only know 2 that do it very well. One about a doctor and the other is a girl actually from the clothes industry. Both are awesome, they don't talk about their past all that much and it's not boring. Awesome story writing, awesome art, and not pointless. And no it's not because i hate business being talked about in manga, another romance did a very good job with the topic i think called pink diamond. I just hate lazy story writing and lazy art.
