i feel like we learned a little bit abt ian and who he was and his circumstances and now we're learning abt brian and sol's love for each other and WHY sol was adamant on finding ian and keeping (for lack of a better word) him. i feel like once the backstory is done we'll understand sol a lot better. we know how ian feels abt being mistaken as brian's replacement, so once sol'a perspective comes to light, we'll be able to understand how their relationship progresses. but this might just be me cause i do really like the backstory ╮(￣▽￣)╭
