I'm looking for this bl story about a guy who went on a sort of road trip in middle of winter season with his bf. I think they got into an argument and the boyfriend had always been abusive towards the mc. He hit or stabbed his boyfriend when the bf was chocking him. He ran after that not really knowing if he killed him, later he thought he was alive. I'm pretty sure he ended going to a house or something (or it might have been when he was running away from the bf and since it cold he he got lost and collapsed somewhere and the other guy found him) . Woke in the ml's house, he was a bit creepy tho. The mc was a famous photographer
