read the novel sweetie.. she is too frustrating at times.. even if she is in a game she treats others characters like trash especially eclise, he goes crazy becoz of her.. and even crown prince is pitiful at times.. at times she is pitiful but most of the times she is hateful
i’m telling this after reading the novel.. its common sense if you think why her soul transmigrated?? coz she is dying in her real world.. even if she is in a death game, that does justify her treating others like trash especially eclise.. i mean she hates duke and brothers coz of the same reason.. my god can’t you even see how cruel she is to others.. she gets too frustrating as the story progresses.. even if she wants to go back, she can atleast treat eclise, prince, vinter a bit better..
Well, I do agree that her treatment of others makes them look pitiful.. But that's mostly because we can see their pov. In her defence, she's too tired of the shit she's taken all her life. She doesn't really understand love, in my opinion, because she never really received or gave it.. Even the characters treated her like shit (like Penelope's family), she's afraid of both Eclis and the prince.. She knows they can kill her at any moment, so it's like walking on thin ice. Can you really develop a romantic relationship with someone you believe is going to kill or is capable of killing you?
This reminds me so much of 'How to get my husband on my side' and how the female lead in that story was basically traumatized of abuse from both her lives. She was really afraid of her husband but pretended that she loved him. He realized that and let her know he loved her.. It's hard for her to believe him but she's trying.

i understand she wants to go back to her world but what exactly is there to go back to?? i mean here atleast there are people who might care for her especially crown prince who already loves her.. instead of fearing the death ending she could have used the knowledge to her advantage to eliminate the dangers and marry and live there happily.. why does she wanna go back to poor and miserable life??
