Okay I've been searching like hell to find this manga, idk if it's shounen ai or shoujo, but it's something like 2 brothers whose family is a guardian of a fox shrine (I think(￣∇￣")) and the little bro has the more powerful ability he got from the mom and I think he releases this fox spirit, the spirit can switch from male or female, and I remember in a chapter this girl arrives at the house, she's bound and gagged with red eyes and she smiles behind the gag at the little brother(￣∇￣") I'm so sorry for this horrible description
