Even if you are still confused this basically the gist of what’s going on. The woman with green hair is blessed and the person that comes to “own” her, will be blessed with 3 wishes which hasn’t been used. People only believe she’s a goddess because she “performed a miracle”, during the war which allowed the rain to stop, but it actually happens every 100 years and they just timed it right to make it seem like she’s a goddess. Anyway, so the king wanted to start a war to gain land, so basically there was a rumor that they kidnapped a woman who was a goddess which made a war start, but she wasn’t actually kidnapped, she wanted to escape from her hometown because of how protective they were of her. They actually both love each other and the empress loves her children, but the king hates them because they made her more weak. The children also hate their parents because they think that the empress hates them and is useless as she doesn’t bless them and the king just genuinely doesn’t love them.
