I only read until chapter 14 and I already got a sense that it's going to be annoying like that. The guy is so powerful that he could wipe out a whole country if he wanted to, so who's to dare to order him around if he didn't want to do something? And what's up with the people in the adventurers' guild? They're all so annoying with the powerful/experienced/people with authority bullying the newbies. Ugh, such bad taste
I understand wanting to start at F-Rank, but not allowing yourself to move up is asinine. The whole manga could’ve been easily resolved by getting rid of the whole “You’re just a dirty F-Rank” bullshit. Once or twice is alright, doing it every fucking chapter is beyond tiring. The guy is on par with most deities, so why do that?
