For anyone that is confused about the ending: The seme didn't have any desease to begin with, he already knew about the uke complex, and took advantage of that complex to trick him into getting to do some hot stuff with him.
Although seme KNEW their friends thought highly of the uke, and KNEW that a girl in his class liked him, he never told him!!!
