I've seen that too, but I think it was just a fanart that was made to imitate Gege's art style. I saw the same artwork a few days later, but it was to full picture, and it was just a drawing in someone's sketchbook :(
because honestly, I saw it first the week after 236 released and gege doesn't seem the type to draw that far ahead, considering its been a month lol
