Done with the series, so here's my note to myself.
So much things in my head rn...ugh Was skipping the entire first 30 chapters after I keep seeing love scene without any plot development and have been reading with 4x speed throughout the story. Still took me two whole days to finish with the dilemma of dropping it again after picking it up for the third time.
Ok, enough complaining... Honestly, I really feel like there are potentials with the sniper + SIA + fantasy plot setting and with how good the art is (I'm in heaven just looking at the art, but yea *shrug*). I was really excited with the first few chapters, although I felt conflicted seeing sniper gun vs sword & fire magic lmao.
Turned out the storyline is not as I expected; I'm still frown every chapters. I am somewhat annoyed at how often the mc flinched at every words and actions of others. What I guess is, it has something to do with his past, so I was hoping there would be a side-story explaining that instead of more smut (or at least I was hoping to see his self-development). The characters are pretty shallow: feel like they just do whatever they want and keep popping up at weird timeline, while some just vanished mid-story. The epilogue where it clarify the story from another mc's pov make the confinement part more understandable, so good choice of releasing those side-story.
Anyway, kudos to the artist for the pretty art and yummy love scenes (although I really wish it became heavy after the plot has been solved, not before anything started ╥﹏╥).
