Actually, lemme make it easier, do you go into a chapter that has been EXPLICITLY STATED to (1) not be canon, (2) contains GL, which not everyone will be comfortable with, and (3) be made for advertisement purposes, and complain that you just saw something OOC that you’re uncomfortable with?
Also, this is literally the most vanilla version of the most popular BL/GL trope (raising the gong) in China, where most of the paying readers come from. If you were any bit familiar with Chinese BL, you would know that this trope is everywhere and it SELLS (Dumb Husky, SVSSS,…). Regardless of right or wrong, why would the author not pander a paid advertisement to the people actually putting food on their table?

Idk about but I was not talking about how you, in particular, feel and what you care about so you really don’t need to be so dramatic. The author may be a freak but they have made that very clear (tagging properly, not putting this version in the physical copy, literally prefacing that the published timeline will not contain incest). At that point it should be on the reader to take responsibility for themselves, if they can’t then it’s on them.
