Is it why the rate is low?
In case you are still wondering: The ReUpload has no synopsis, but it looks like it holds the official English version, while the "Old" version goes by one of the mentioned alt titles that are shown on this version - "The Return of the Prodigious Swordmaster" - and has the chapters translated by AsuraScans.
But they are all 40 chapters, only that one season and apparently, the last chapter came out in 2023. So there's no point in reading it either way.
