It’s like saying Nok is his(he likes how Nok smells like him) and when feelings like that are intense the other partner tends to run from it. Probably similar to when someone feels too much for you it can scare you away. At least thats how I take it(my mind did went to the gutter though)

If you remember there were a few chapters when Nok ran away from Jaeshin, it was because of his feelings (he was thinking about JS too much), maybe in the beginning of the 2nd season.
And Jaeshin thought that maybe his words made Nok run away (he said something like "you need me, and I also need you" and if I remember well that was the first time they held hands during sex, so they became more intimate and it made Nok uncomfortable, because he started to have feelings for Jaeshin)
