I'm looking for this bl story about a guy who went on a sort of road trip in middle of winter season with his bf. I think they got into an argument and the boyfriend had always been abusive towards the mc. He stabbed his boyfriend while he was being chocked by the his bf. After that he ran not really knowing if he killed him, later he thought he was alive. After running for awhile he got lost and collapsed somewhere and the another guy found him . Woke up in the ml's house, he was a bit creepy tho. The mc was a famous photographer or something in that career path
