It could be... The first generation had a longer lifespan back then, because Zeno hadn't discovered and used his real powers until he was left alone at the Hiryuu Castle.
Omgggg what if the first red dragon didn’t want Zeno to use his power because he drains it from the others and he didn’t know about it?? So every time Zeno is in his dragon skin and can use all 4 powers he drains them from the others and Zeno did notice it at some point that he just go on with it… my poor Zeno and dragons… it will be so heavy in the next chapters… that’s why maybe Zeno can live so long too- he gets the ages from the dragons who die early. Bc even if Kim hiryuu is born again so late and they are even dying after yona is reborn young
