That would be very disgusting, don't give me the "Oh, but he became 18 y/o again. Its fine if we ship it" absolutely not. He didn't went back in time nor got reincarnated to say that its fine just because he's 18, his body went back to his prime years but not his age because he didn't die and reborn.
