He did know or assumed it?? He sensed the uke is pregnant and stated the uke pheromones has changed before giving the death liquid in chapter29(you will find out more at the end of the story). Also in chapter 49, he sensed a change in uke’s pheromones again and pulled uke’s shirt to checked his stomach and see if uke is pregnant.
