Have you watched Do It Yourself? I think it's somewhat similar.
I haven't yet but it's on my list. The manga has only 15 chaps so I'm waiting. I those isekai mangas that has cooking or laid back theme. I think I've read them all though lol. Do you have suggestions?
If you want other sol manga, Super Cub has a really similar premise, but only has 45 chapters. There's also Houkago Teibou Nisshi which has 50 chapters.
And for isekai, I can only really think of one manga, and I'm pretty sure you've read it because it's really popular:

You could check out Dungeon Meshi too, but it becomes more action oriented after a few arcs.
