that's true, it's so thoughtless. think about the toxicity of the barrels & their paint, we just don't know how they'll break down & leech whatever into the water, killing our previous coral reefs. that's why they should stick with woodchipper or pig feed disposal.
Can't gangsters dispose of corpses any other way rather than putting them in the oil barrel filled with cement and then throwing them mindlessly into the ocean?
I believe countless of people went missing met the same end like this, and this contributes to one of the many reasons of the global rising sea level.
