Yuri on Ice doesn't have a manga. The series itself is an original series which got inspired from real figure skaters. The director also made a short animation, also about Figure Skating, a music video called "Endless Night" before Yuri on Ice was made.
Doujinshis are everywhere in Pixiv, but its a japanese website. If u dont mind, go for it
