Since a lot of people are in this comment section right now due to all the updates that got dropped on here, I thought it would be helpful to write some information on the current series status:
-Currently, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, as well as Junjou Romantica, update three times a year, every four months at the end of April, August, and December in a magazine called Emerald. (Yes, they made the magazine a real thing lol) -The most recent chapter released as of this comment (November 23rd, 2023) is Ritsu Chapter 37. -The countdown still isn't over, but at the current pace within the next year or so it's looking like it'll hit zero! As of August 2023, it's at three days left. We seem to be stuck at a day per chapter at this point. -The series is **ONGOING** and anyone who says otherwise doesn't know better. -Many plot points have been set up that cannot be resolved before the countdown ends, as they are months from the current story, so it's looking quite safe to assume that things will continue past the two becoming an official item.
If you have any questions about things, I'd be happy to answer. I have all the volumes and all the recent magazines that go past the chapters currently collected in volume form. (●'◡'●)ﾉ
