She’s not leading him on though. He’s just being secretive with his intentions, he literally only befriended her for her power and later came to like her. She’s been consistent in how she treats him and treats him exactly how she treats all her friends, sure her boundaries may be low but realistically she doesn’t know how friends operate since he’s her first one, so she trusts him to follow his lead. She knows nothing and she’s aware of it, which is why she wanted to date someone with experience because she’s not knowledgeable on friendship and relationship.
I just realized why I disliked the FL so much, she reminded me of Diana from "My Derelict Dearest" with the way she's being childish, annoying does what she wants without seriously considering the consequences and leading on a white hair 2nd male lead (though to her it's unintentional despite always ending up with her arms wrapped around him) and ultimately ending up with a black hair ML that's pretty mf hot.
