it is rushed i agree but i can get a sense .. how? well a few ch back in thier back story i can't remember if they actually kissed or almost kissed but then the got conciouse & said they hate gays & i don't think og you that way & cought in the moment & some shit ... so what the author trying to imply here they both had feelings for each other from way back & did the marrage thing to be close to each other even though they know it's just a contract ... but when the seme heard the uke is actually gay?! that a change game for him & confessed he was in love with the uke since the begining ... so it's all a messed up misunderstanding ╮(￣▽￣)╭
