Based on the picture, the dad maybe blonde and the mom is black haired so maybe Seo in take after the mother and the blonde boy after the dad. Hmmmm, there is a possibility that both of them are twins.

Guys, I feel like something bad happened with Seo in's "brother", like dead or something cause as what he described his mother is that she not worried about him and was just making up for what she "lost" referring to the picture. You can also notice that Seo in's hair in middle school was black, which means blonde boy in the picture was not him but the dark haired one because of his moles that pretty much confirms it. And nooooow his hair becomes blonde maybe because his brother is his mom's favorite so there must be a connection with the changes in the hair color, which matched the other boy in the picture with only one mole on the right chin. I don't think they are step brothers and incest maybe out of the picture but there is something about the siblings/family. I am really excited for the upcoming chapters!
