It is a picture that appears in one of the earlier chapters though, it indicates how their relationship back then was like a master with a dog, feeding it and giving it attention.
yeah i realized what was the meaning behind the cover as i go along the story. i put of reading the manga because of the cover because im not that much into hardcore s&m. i guess the saying saying 'don't judge a book by its cover' applies here.(▰˘◡˘▰)
pfft haha i know the reason i started reading this was because of the title but it has become one of my favorites to read! So i guess for me it s "Don't judge a book by its title!" XD

the cover was a little misleading. i thought it was a hardcore s&m. because of the collar and chains.
